Customer in general don’t like change and if they are happy where they are no matter what the business may entail, It will take a strong marketing department to change their minds and come over to your organization. Starbucks coffee shops in their business plan session had to come up with a concept that would have coffee drinkers to leave the coffee house of their choice and start drinking coffee at the local fancy coffee shop.
